====== Bilvea MS/PhD Positions ====== Bilkent and Avea is opening a new research lab at Department of Computer Engineering at Bilkent University. The lab conducts research in areas such as big data analytics, data mining, management, and mobile applications, with a particular focus on the telecommunications domain. The lab has multiple MS/PhD student positions to participate in funded research projects related to the lab’s research areas. The projects are on scalable data analytics to enable the development of next generation of capabilities in telecommunications. Candidates are expected to have a strong undergraduate GPA, with a special interest in research and developing large-scale software. The lab RAs will receive full financial support including stipend, tuition, and housing. The application deadline for MS/PhD programs at Bilkent Computer Engineering is May 27, 2013.
