Improving Corporate Relationship Management
This project aims at analyzing anonymous and aggregate data at telco companies to better understand and communicate with their corporate customers. The results are expected to improve resource provisioning and pricing for telco operators. The companies also can benefit from the results and improve their business decisions.

Customer Relationship via Social Media
This project aims at determining customer importance and communities based on social analytics. The algorithms are designed to be scalable, so that big data can be handled. The results are expected to enrich the customer analytics including the churn models.
