Registration

For an accepted paper to appear in the LNCS proceedings of ISCIS'04, at least one author MUST register and return the registration form with the copyright form by July 30. The registration fees of ISCIS'04 are as follows:

Regular:

350 Euros, 430 USD, or 630 M TL (by 30 July 2004)

400 Euros, 490 USD, or 720 M TL (after 30 July 2004)

Student:

250 Euros, 310 USD, or 450 M TL (by 30 July 2004)
300 Euros, 370 USD, or 540 M TL (after 30 July 2004)

Each accepted paper MUST have a registered author by July 30 to appear in the LNCS proceedings. Authors that have multiple papers in the program can achieve this by registering separately for each of their papers as follows. For their first paper they pay the full registration fee, for their second paper they pay one half of the full registration fee, for their third paper they pay one third of the full registration fee, etc. For instance, a student that has three papers in the program and would like these to appear in the LNCS proceedings should register by 30 July and pay 250 x (1 + 1/2 + 1/3) Euros.

Each coauthor of an already registered paper can register to ISCIS'04 for half of the full registration fee.

Members of IEEE in Turkey pay a 20% reduced registration fee.

For registrations from outside Turkey, please wire your payment to the Euro or USD account using the SWIFT code given in the registration form.

The registration fees for a paper MUST be received (free of bank charges to the recipient) by July 30 for the paper to appear in the LNCS proceedings.
