Brief Biography
Ilker Murat Karakas received his B.S. (Computer Engineering) and M.S. (Information
Systems) degrees from Middle
East Technical University in
1999 and 2002 respectively. Between 2001 and 2007, he worked as
an engineer at various software development and consultancy companies
in Ireland and The Netherlands. Between 2004 and 2007 he worked as a
(Nato Civilian) scientist at the NATO
C3 Agency (NC3A), at The Hague. He started doing a Ph.D. in
2008.
