All presentations will be held at EE-4 (the classroom where we are
having lectures). It is required that ALL students taking the course
must attend ALL presentations on both days.
Each group can divide the allotted 15 minutes in an appropriate manner
between presentations and demos, e.g., 8+7. We would like to see each
group member to be an active participant, either during the
presentation or demo. For example, a good collaborative team effort
can be two students making the presentation and the other two or three
making the demo. Keep in mind that you will be graded during this
period, both as a group and individually. You need to prepare a well
organized presentation, clearly describing what your project is about,
your technical solution and the most important components of the
application that you developed in this project. The demo should be
comprehensive, demonstrating all aspects of your project.
You also need to submit a final report about your project. The final
report should include the technical details of your project including
system architecture, technical descriptions of the main components
within the system and implementation details about individual
components, as well as all source codes that you developed or used in
the project. The final report (including all source codes) should be
both uploaded to the project page and a printed copy (including a CD
containing all source codes) should be submitted to both
instructors. The deadline for the final report is Tuesday, May 25,
2010.
If you have any questions about the presentation/demo and the final
report, talk to the instructors as soon as possible.
