The presentation will include examples of architecture design and application of design patterns. A sample project (which is currently under development) will be examined concerning the mentioned topics. The example project PACE, is a small ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) package, which automates all the activities of a software development company, in terms of Software Development Process, Project Management, Quality Management, Configuration Management, Human Resources and Finance. PACE is being developed by using J2EE technology, which will also be covered within the presentation.
