Bilkent UniversityThe world-wide internet provides unlimited access to information. However, the information which people find is often out-of-date, irrelevant, or wrong. There are many reasons of getting these types of information in the internet. The items are valid only for a limited period of time, created for a particular purpose, or created without proper reviewing process. In order to help people to find the items with high quality, we propose a novel online processing model for both content items and users. Expertise and objectivity of the user, change over time, and up-to-date quality assessment are some of the issues to be covered.
