Abstract: Kinship represents one of the most essential forms of human connection, reflecting how related individuals share, differ, and evolve together across generations. Understanding these relationships has long been a subject of interest in both the social and computational sciences, where researchers have explored how familial resemblance, inheritance, and identity can be represented and analyzed. Building on this growing interest, this project aims to offer new perspectives on kinship generative modeling by introducing a structured approach that captures familial relationships in a unified framework. This approach has the potential to offer valuable insights for the social and biological sciences, as well as for computational fields such as representation learning and generative modeling.
