TITLE: Mail Message Routing in Case of Internet Link Failures

ABSTRACT:  Today, the Internet mailing system plays an important role as a
means of communication. The stability and reliability of this system depends
on the reliability of the basic communication network hardware. In case of 
an organization Internet link failure, it becomes impossible to send e-mail
messages outside the organization. In this paper, we propose redirecting
(that is, manually routing) mail messages through a secondary regional link.
