    1. Brief Description

    Place holder for options which probably don’t apply to F&FP Report Break. One allows the setting of remark lengths and applies only to Funds files. The other is used in producing the P1/R1 report.

    1. Basic Flow - Set Remark Length

Definition: Provides the capability to set the maximum remark length (default is 15).

  1. Budget Analyst selects 25 = set remark length {srl}
  2. (System prompts Budget Analyst for length)

      1. Process Annex Above the Line

Definition: Provides the capability to print a running total of the procurement annex items before the final total line. Only used for P1/R1 reports.

  1. Participating Actors

    2. Budget Analyst - Any interactive user of the ABIDES-FE Report Break. It is assumed that they require reports to analyze the state of the budget.

    3. Budget Analyst is creating or updating a Funds Report Break or the P1/R1 report.

     

  3. Post-Conditions

    4. Report is produced with the specified remark length or running totals of the procurement annex.
