Project #1: Assembly Language Programming

Group Contact Report

Due Date: Monday February 27th, before 15:30 in the cardboard box outside the office of TA Erdil Albayrak, in EA-425. Late submissions will be penalized quite heavily, so make every effort to get your report in before the deadline!

Grading: The Group Contact Report will affect the Personal Participation grade of each member of the group. Members who are out of contact, and who could not be reached by the group, will receive a zero. Poor quality reports, late reports, unsigned reports, incomplete reports, etc all show a lack of participation and will lose points.

Group Membership: For this project, there will be 2 members in a project group. Students are free to choose their own partner, unless you receive an email about your poor attendance status. DEVAMSIZ students will be assigned a project partner by the instructor.

Contents: The Group Contact Report will consist of 3 sections:

·         Cover/title page, with course number, semester name and year, name of the document, group # (since group numbers will be assigned later, leave it blank for this first report), name/ID/phone/email/section listed for each group member, along with the signature in ink of each person to the Honor Pledge, and the submission date. (Signatures in pencil are invalid and unacceptable.) Each group should use the template cover page given here, personalized for your group of course.

·          Inside page, with a section giving the following data for each member of the group:  name, Bilkent ID number, home and cell phone numbers, Bilkent and non-Bilkent emails, and their IM name (for Yahoo, MS-Messenger, Skype, etc) are given.  The home address (in Ankara) should also be given.

·         (Also on inside page) a section which gives the date, time, and place of the first group meeting (either when it already occurred, or when it is scheduled to occur)

Format: The report should be typed, and printed out on a high quality printer.  It should be stapled in the upper left-hand corner, and submitted without a folder.

NOTE: If there are students in your group who cannot be contacted, or who say they will not do the project, please let instructor know asap by email about such students !
