Grading will be based on the following scheme:

| Exam | Design Patterns | 15% |
| Exam | Principles of AOSD and AOP | 20% |
| Project | Group work with 3 students; select a case, provide different designs/implementations using prominent AOP approaches. Write a paper. | 30% |
| Review | Individual critical review of AOSD research paper and applicability to case | 10% |
| Final Exam | Covering all topics of the course | 25% |
